Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations
1. Eligibility:
Must be at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry.
Open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada.
Employees of Primus Media Production Agency, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. How to Enter:
To enter the sweepstakes, participants must complete the following steps:
Subscribe to the Primus Media Production Agency newsletter by providing a valid email address.
Fill out the entry form available on this page.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. Entry Period:
The sweepstakes takes place quarterly, begins on the first day of every quarter, and closes at the end of it. January 1 to March 31, April 1 to June 30, July 1 to September 30, and October 1 to December 31.
4. Winner Selection.
The winner will be selected via a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
The drawing will take place on the last week of every quarter and the winner will be notified via e-mail.
5. Prize:
The prize consists of a website design service provided by Primus Media Production Agency. Specific details of the website design, including scope and features, will be determined by the agency in consultation with the winner.
The approximate retail value of the prize is $2,500.00
6. Notification of Winner:
The potential winner will be notified via email, followed by a phone call. The event will be announced on our social media platform, and the winner will accept the prize publically in a video interview with the agency. If within 5 days after the drawing, the winner does not respond, an alternate winner may be selected.
7. General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to abide by these rules and the decisions of Primus Media Production Agency, which are final and binding in all matters related to the sweepstakes.
Primus Media Production Agency reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these rules or that represents fraudulent activity.
The winner must keep the original layout and design made by Primus Media Production agency and if any changes are needed, a request to the agency must be made. This is to maintain the integrity of the design and functionality of the product that as agreed is part of the agency's portfolio.
8. Privacy:
Information collected from participants will be used in accordance with Primus Media Production Agency's privacy policy. By entering, participants consent to the use of their information as specified in the policy.
9. Limitation of Liability:
Primus Media Production Agency is not responsible for any technical failures, interruptions, or errors related to entry submissions.
10. Governing Law:
This sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Release:
By entering, contestants release Primus Media Production Agency from any liability associated with the sweepstakes or prize.
